Russia says its air force has launched 20 airstrikes in Syria in the past 24 hours up to noon local time in Syria on Saturday, targeting 9 ISIS positions, CNN reported. However, international officials say they doubt Moscow is limiting its attacks to ISIS targets. The US says Russia is also hitting civilians and rebels who oppose Bashar Assad.
