According to Babeliya TV, Jihad Rantisi, Jordanian journalist and analyst, referring to the extensive support for the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI), said: The presence of the PMOI in Iraq is necessary as a balancing weight against the Iranian regime’s meddling. He stressed that the main threat to the Iraqi people is the Iranian regime’s meddling in that country and that regime must be evicted.
Jihad Rantisi said: Currently, a deceptive propaganda is carried out by the Iranian regime against the PMOI to pretend that the organization supports terrorism; but the reality is that this organization enjoys political refugee status and based on the international laws, it has the protected status; besides, the PMOI enjoys extensive support of various sectors of Iraqi people; it is quite clear that the attacks against this organization is funded by the Iranian regime.
The Jordanian journalist added: The first priority in Iraq is eviction of the Iranian regime, because that regime has taken Iraq hostage, the same way it has taken Lebanon and Gaza; therefore, the greatest danger is the Iranian regime’s meddling and it must be ended.
