The Iraqi people’s protests and demonstrations against Maliki’s government continue and local committees are calling for massive rallies throughout the country on Thursday and Friday.
In Diyala Province, demonstrators declared they will begin an unlimited protest on Friday and welcomed the position of religious leaders in Najaf on refusing to meet with a delegation dispatched by Maliki from Baghdad.
 
Allameh Sheikh Abdolmalak al-Sa’di, one of the most prominent religious leaders in Iraq, condemned Martin Kobler and UNAMI’s policies in supporting Maliki’s government and standing against the Iraqi people’s demonstrations, Al Sharqiya TV reported.
“Everything is clear about what is going on in Iraq and the current Iraqi government is a puppet of Iran, carrying out its plans in Iraq based on Iran’s will,” Sheikh Abdolmalak al-Sa’di said to Kobler.
