Reuters, 27 April 2017 – Armed police and police wearing white forensic suits have been seen on Whitehall in central London, a Reuters witness has said.

Meanwhile, British police have limited some traffic near Prime Minister Theresa May’s official Downing Street residence, according to a Reuters reporter at the scene.

It was not immediately clear why.
