
Upon the complaint by Dr. Adnan al- Dulaimi and in order to enforce the court verdict, Iraqi sequrity forces raided the office of Al-Bayyna Al-Jadidah, the daily tied with the “death squads”, affiliated to the terrorist Quds Force.
Al-Bayyna acknowledged to this issue and wrote: At 10:30 a.m. April 26, 2008, a big force of Iraqi police from al-Qanat neighborhood commanded by two captains, attacked Al-Bayyna Al-Jadidah daily office. The police had the arrest warrant for Sattar Jabbar, the daily’s editor, which had been issued after Adnan al- Dulaimi filed a complaint against him in the Karkh Central Investigation Court.
The Congress of the People of Iraq revealed on 24 Aug 2007 that an Iraqi court had fined Al-Bayyna to pay 250 million dinars and apologize Dr. Dulaimi in 3 successive days for attributing false allegations against him.
