Police arrest 6 in UK on suspicion of terrorism offenses

LONDON (AP) December 12, 2016 — Police have arrested six people in Britain on suspicion of preparing acts of terrorism.
The North East counter terror unit led the morning raids Monday on six properties in London, Derby and Burton.
Four men from Derby aged 22, 27, 35 and 36 were arrested on suspicion of engaging in the preparation of an act of terrorism as were a 27-year-old man from Burton-upon-Trent and a 32-year-old woman from London.
