UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay said she is concerned over murder and illegal executions, nearly half a million Iraqis being displaced in the past few days, adding the number of those killed has been in the hundreds.
Navi Pillay accused the Iraqi government of carrying out aggressions against its own people.
