Azam al-Ahmed, representative of the Palestinian government said Palestine will announce the national unity government on Thursday.
On Tuesday he told AFP about negotiations with Hamas in Gaza, “We brought an end to the advisory talks regarding a pervasive government. This subject will be announced by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in the next two days.”
According to AFP, Rami Hamdullah will be leading the new government. He is from the Palestinian Organization in the West Bank.
