The New York Times reported that the acts regarding US participation, has permitted US military forces to cross Iran-Syria’s borders to chase terrorists.

The New York Times announced this issue based on a document which was put on Wiki Leaks website in 2005 and wrote that that internet website was famous in introducing secret intelligence. According to the New York Times this document seems to be reliable.

The aforementioned document contained some laws for operational participation of a US division that was stationed in Baghdad and central Iraq.
