In the 14th day of the Gaza conflict the number of Palestinian martyrs has surpassed the 630 mark with over 4000 wounded. Over 100 of those killed are children.
Reuters wired these statistics and said on Monday Israeli fighter jets, tanks and artillery continued to shell and bomb the Gaza strip, killing 38 individuals. A mortar round landed in the al-Aqsa Hospital in downtown Gaza, killing at least 4 and wounding 70 others.
