After his return from the three day talks with the central government over the disputed territories, Jabbar Yawar, Secretary General of the Kurdistan Peshmarga Ministry announced: “Iraq’s central government has not agreed to disband the Dijla Operation Command and is insisting on its dictatorship in controlling the security of the disputed regions. The central government doesn’t have the will to resolve the current problems.” Jabbar Yawar stated in his return from talks with the central government that the Kurdistan regional government reached not agreements with the central government.
