The new Egyptian cabinet under the leadership of Sharif Ismaeel was sworn in on Saturday before President Abdulfattah al-Sisi. The most significant changes and overhaul in the new government came in the appointments of the agriculture, commerce and industry, oil and tourism ministers.
The ministries of foreign affairs, interior, defense, judiciary and investment remained untouched.
