It is worth noting that Aime Cesaire, was a friend of the Iranian Resistance. In July 2007, in a statement, he expressed his support for the Iranian Resistance and Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, and regarded the democratic change by the Iranian people and Resistance as the only solution to Iran’s problem under the rule of mullahs. In his statement, Aime Cesaire also asked for the removal of the PMOI from the terror list.
