In an interview with Al-Jazeera TV, Dr. Nadim al-Jaberi, on of the leaders of Fadhilat Party, condemned the Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq including explosion of Ashraf City water pumping station.

Q: Many people say the responsibility of this situation is on the parties who have come from Iran.

Dr. Jaberi: The Iraqi people are paying a heavy price; the US wants Iran to abandon its nuclear program, but the Iranian regime wants to maintain it; that is why it increases its meddling in Iraq. Some Security officials have referred to these interventions. Due to instability in Iraq, the neighboring countries meddle; what is happening in Iraq is the destruction of democracy; the government’s policy is to purge the others.
