The city of Slovyansk in eastern Ukraine has come under Ukraine Army control. Ukrainian Interior Minister said around 800 pro-Russian separatists participated in these clashes, adding Ukrainian forces have neutralized a terrorist attack while the separatists were completely equipped with heavy rifles and mortars.
In Monday’s clashes a Ukrainian government helicopter was shot down. Five Ukrainian government forces were killed and 30 wounded, while 4 Russian elements were killed and 15 wounded.
