CNN citing Russian state media reports the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany will sign a document at the end of their meeting in Belarus. The report says the group has agreed by %80 of the agreement.
But there are no specifics as to what exactly this document will say, but the main points are expected to be:
Withdrawal of heavy weapons,
Creation of demilitarize zone in Eastern parts of Ukraine,
And the status of the area around Luhansk and Donetsk
At the meantime, there has been an uptake in the fighting in the eastern Ukraine recently. More than 5000 people have so far been killed.
