According to Al Jazeera TV the Baghdad Human Rights Center issued a statement accusing the Iraqi Ministry of Justice of prohibiting inmates’ families and their lawyers from meeting their loved ones and clients in prison. This statement stresses the families of tens of thousands of prisoners are deeply concerned about the fate of their loved ones, especially with more and more cases of prisoners being killed or being transferred to other prisons in southern Iraq.
