Iraqi Kurdistan Parliament held a session with Nicherwan Barzani participating discussing the financial crisis with Baghdad.
“Maliki’s government exporting Iraqi oil is considered theft because its revenue does not reach the people and is not used to improved people’s lives. It has been ten years since Iraq’s oil is being stolen and poverty has reached 35% in various provinces, while Iraq is one of the main oil exporting countries in the world,” he said in his remarks.
