-In line with the mullahs’ regime and fearing the consequences of Bashar Assad’s downfall, Nouri Maliki warned the Syrian crisis will spill over to all regional countries, mullahs’ state-run media reported.
Delivering a speech at the Non-Aligned Movement summit in Tehran, the new Iraq dictator stressed his position regarding the Syrian crisis has not changed. “Dissidents should not get involved in armed clashes and we must confront all parties who seek a violent aspect for this country’s internal disputes,” he claimed. “The enemies are looking to create rifts between dissidents and the government in Syria. Our position in Iraq has not changed and it is the same stance we announced in the Arab League.”
“The crisis will not only spread throughout Syria, it will spill over to all countries in the region,” Maliki said in deep concern.
