Nouri Maliki is going the limits to refrain from appearing before the Iraqi Parliament because if he is brought to the Parliament a no-confidence vote against him is definite, Lebanon’s al-Mostaqbal wrote.
190 Iraqi MPs will vote against Maliki while only 164 votes are needed, this newspaper added.
