Iraqi MP Sabah Al-Saedi described Maliki as a criminal.
“Maliki has made a complaint against me. Why? Because I revealed his lies and the disgrace and lies he claimed about the Russian arms deal. This is another way to shut-up other people, through which Nouri Maliki attempts to put down any other voice. Before all Iraqis I say today he is a criminal that doesn’t accept any voice that speaks the truth,” he said.
