Dr. Tariq al-Hashemi, Iraqi Vice President and ranking member of the Iraqiya slate warned Nouri Maliki has monopolized the security dossier.
“It is not clear when Iraq’s forces will be ready following the US troops’ withdrawal at the end of the year,” he added.
