The majority of the people in France support dispatching military forces to Syria to combat ISIS, polls showed on Sunday.
Around 56% of the French population agree with their country sending military ground forces under the umbrella of an international coalition force in Syria.
Last week France began recon flights over Syria. Segolene Royal, the senior minister in the French cabinet in an interview with Radio RTL did not completely dismiss dispatching forces to Syria.
“Dispatching forces to Syria is not a taboo,” she said.
