Al Arabia – Dec. 17, 2015 – Libyan Army chief, Gen. Khalifa Hafter said he does not agree fully with the drafted peace agreement between the rival factions in the country. Gen. Haftar has introduced 12 points to revise the draft agreement so it could be more suitable to his side.
