Ahmad Fotouh, representative of Lebanon’s Parliament from March 14 current, condemned the Iranian and Syrian regime’s meddling in that country.

He said Hizbullah is pursuing the definite plan of Iranian regime and Syria to hamper the political process and function of the legal government of Fuad al-Saniora. Closure of the Parliament, strike at central Beirut and militias’ activities that are carried out based on the guidelines from Tehran and Damascus, would cause damage to Lebanese national stability, economy and social conditions.

Ahmad Fotouh added: Hizbullah moves against the will and goals of Lebanese people. He asserted that the Iranian and Syrian regimes benefit the political vacuum due to lack of new President in Lebanon.
