Mahmoud Othman, MP and member of Kurdish coalition leadership described Iraqi Kurdistan regional president Massud Barzani resisting to take part in a national congress in Baghdad as due to Barzani’s lack of trust in Maliki’s government, al-Sumariya TV reported.
Othman said the Kurdistan regional government believes the central government in Baghdad has not been committed in fulfilling its promises to the Kurdish region and actually violated all that was promised before the elections.
