INTV, 10 Oct 2013 – Iraqi Sunni Mufti Sheikh Rafe al-Refaei protested sectarian measures by Maliki’s elements and called on people in all provinces to launch a general strike.
He also called on popular movement activists in the six uprising provinces to carry out the necessary measures to organize this strike.
