In an interview with Al-Arab al-yawm daily, published in Jordan, Mr. Redha al-Redha, Secretary General of the Institute of Iraqi Shiite Jafariah , responding to the threats that PMOI members would be expelled from Ashraf City, said: Nobody can take even a stone from Iran’s city of honor “Ashraf City” or harass members of the PMOI, an organization which its existence affects momentarily and hourly on Iranian people inside and outside Iran. When its supporters, especially the youth and students, chant anti-regime slogans at the heart of Tehran, they horrify the regime.

Answering a question about Ahmadinejad’s trip to Iraq, Dr. Redha said: From all Iraqi stratums and nationalities’ point of view, particularly, central and southern tribes, the visit of Ahmadinejad was a provocative measure against the Iraqi people and the people of region.
