Le Monde: Iran sends billions of dollars to Assad despite its own sanctions

Le Monde posted an article entitled “Iran and Syria Calamities”, writing Iran is managing the Syrian forces… experienced Hezbollah forces entered the Syria campaign under orders from Iran… This is Iran, due to its warm relations with Maliki’s government, that brought Iraqi militants to the war in Syria…and finally, it is again Iran that financially supports the Damascus regime and despite the fact that itself is under heavy sanctions pressure it is providing billions and billions to support Syria.
