Lavrov: we want conditions to normalize in Ukraine

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said his country will present proposals to the West on resolving the Ukraine crisis, with the goal of these diplomatic suggestions being returning Ukraine to normal conditions under an international framework and taking into consideration the interest of all of Ukrainians. He said these proposals will be presented in his upcoming meeting with his US counterpart John Kerry.
Russia is under intense pressure from the international community to stop its aggression in Ukraine’s Crimea peninsula.
