Payamnir News Agency cited KDP spokesman as saying: we had no knowledge of Talibani taking stance; it was shocking to us and worried us very much.
Member of political bureau and KDP spokesman Jafar Ibrahim said: we in KDP with the cooperation of al-Iraqiya and Sadr and other parties are very much hopeful to continue the process of vote of no-confidence in Maliki to reach a conclusion.
In an interview with Ruda, Jafar Ibrahim said: the process of reforms is locked in a stalemate and we are now in the stage of no-confidence vote and shocking measures in this context are natural.
He said that KDP and the patriotic Union of Kurdistan had already discussed vote of no-confidence in Maliki in details. Although it is unpleasant, but we agreed that Iraq was going toward a critical and complex stage and therefore it was now better to go for vote of no-confidence in Maliki.
