US Secretary of State John Kerry said Washington’s help for Baghdad will only be effective if Iraqi leaders overcome their deep differences.
Citing a US State Department statement, Reuters added US officials have no desire to provide new aid to Iraq without politicians of Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish societies in this country guaranteeing they can overcome their long-term differences.
