Kerry says to explore greater support for U.N. plan to form Libya unity government

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Sunday he would explore greater support for a United Nations plan to form a unity government in Libya.
Kerry said “spoiler groups” could not be allowed to destroy a peace process. Kerry was speaking in Cairo after talks with Egyptian officials.
Last month, the U.N. brokered a preliminary deal between Libya’s warring factions to form a unity government and end fighting but a non-recognized parliament in Tripoli refused to join the deal.
