Twelve countries signed a statement on Monday, March 24th, agreeing to destroy they all the highly enriched uranium (HEU) inside their country.
The White House issued a statement welcoming the leadership of these countries in the current growing process across of the world in ridding HEU. The leaders of Chile, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Georgia, Hungary, Mexico, South Korea, Romania, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam signed the joint statement.
