Italian President Asked Europe for More Pressure on Iran to Prevent It from Nuclear Weapon

Giorgio Napolitano, Italian President, asked European countries to increase their pressure on the Iranian regime to prevent it from acquiring nuclear weapon.

According to ANSA press agency, Italian President, in his trip to Berlin, said: Europe should act responsibly toward the Iranian regime and show that it has the ability to prevent that regime to being equipped with nuclear weapon by exerting pressure on it.

The Italian President added: Decisions about the sanctions against Iran can be adopted not only by the U.N., but also Europeans can adopt similar measures in this regard.
