The Iraqiya Coalition declared it is boycotting all Parliament sessions, with the exceptions of sessions discussing no-confidence vote against Maliki and reviewing demonstrators’ demands, the state-run Iraqiya TV reported on Saturday.
Following Maliki’s forces opening fire on Iraqi demonstrators in the city Fallujah in the restive al-Anbar Province on Friday, the Iraqiya Coalition announced on Saturday it is suspending its participation in all Parliament sessions except those analyzing a no-confidence vote against the prime minister and the demands of Iraqi demonstrators.
