Senior Iraqiya Coalition member and MP Hamed al-Mutlak said Iraqi protesters demand the release of female political prisoners.
“Al-Anbar Province demonstrations will continue. Other cities will also begin civil disobedience until all the protesters’ demands are met,” he said in an interview.
“Bringing an end to the case of female prisoners is the first demand of the protesters. Furthermore, ending political elimination and implementing true political participation are among the demonstrators’ demands,” al-Mutlak added.
