Al Baghdadiya TV reported Iraq Umma Party leader Methal al-Alousi said vast fraud has already been prepared for the upcoming general elections in this country.
“Maliki claims he wants a third term as prime minister to finish his project. I don’t know what project he wants to finish up. The High Electoral Commission has given each person in the armed forces two electoral cards, and therefore more than 1.2 million citizens have two cards, meaning they can vote twice, and who ever cheats 100,000 votes can double this number. This is yet another plot and terrorist act because it is an act against the will of the Iraqi people,” he said.
