In a talk show by Salah ad Din TV, participants who were Iraqi political personalities from various entities, stressed on eviction of the clerical regime from Iraq.
In this discussion, Ezzat Shabandar, from Iraqi National List, referred to the clerical regime’s agents in Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council (SIIC) and said: We do not expect them other than what they are doing. They think Iranian regime is the solution, where as the Iranian regime is in fact the main and basic cause of instigating crisis in Iraq.
Ali al-Saedi, from Sadr Current leaders said: It is no secret to anyone that Iraq is the scene of confrontation between US and the Iranian regime. We want to stay from this dispute; Muqtada al-Sadr, in his interview with Al-Jazeera TV, had also emphasized: I said when meeting with Khamenei that although we share the same ideology, but we are not associated to you in our political and international decisions.
Mehdi al-Samarraii, in charge of Iraqi People’s Congress in Salah ad Din province said: The Iranian meddling in Iraq is well known; this regime is not part of the solution; rather, it is part of the problem; if the Iranian regime had not intervened in Iraqi affairs so much and had not destroyed the security and stability, what was the need for negotiations between the Iranian regime and the US? Therefore an end point must be put on the Iranian regime’s meddling as the main cause of current situation.
