Iraqi parliamentarians condemn Iran’s interference in signing security agreement

Iraqi parliamentarians condemned Iranian regime’s interference in signing security agreement between Iraq and the United States and called it meddling in Iraq’s internal affairs.
Baghdad TV reported: Mahmoud Hashemi (Shahroudi), the head of Iran’s judiciary, asked the Iraqi government not to sign the agreement, but Iraqi political and parliamentarian circles have rejected his stance.
Izzat Shahbandar, the spokesman of Iraqi National faction, said: “ By such stances, the Iranian regime has given the right to itself to impose its guardianship over Iraq.
