Al-Wataniya Coalition leader Ayad Allawi said to al-Tagheer TV, “The Iraqi Parliament voted to not extend the prime minister’s terms to two rounds. As a result Maliki cannot become prime minister for a third time”.
“Maliki has failed in managing all dossiers and Iraq has become an example of his corruption in running the country and making life intolerable for the people,” he added.
