Iraqi MP Khaled al-Alwani from the Mutahidoon Coalition said Maliki’s government attacked Camp Liberty refugees, is murdering them and causes obstacles before them in receiving food and medicine, al-Taqyeer TV reported.
“Maliki’s military forces in their attack against Camp Liberty don’t take any actions without Maliki’s orders,” he said. This Iraqi MP reminded blocking the delivery of medicine and food to Camp Liberty residents by Maliki’s government are carried out only under orders of Maliki.
“To this day we have seen time and again armed attacks against these refugees in Diyala and Baghdad…the attack by security forces against them is an illegal and inhumane approach,” al-Alawani added.
