Iraqi activists warned the government of not responding to demands calling for improving public services, fighting against corruption and holding the country’s officials accountable, Sky News TV reported on Saturday, August 8th.
According to social media Iraqi activists said Friday’s massive rallies were a message to the government saying if their demands are not met they will invite all provinces to gather once again in Baghdad and stage demonstrations.
