Salahaddin Province Governor Ahmad Abdullah said the establishment of a state is a legal request of the people of this province which they will not back down from, Baghdad TV reported.
“The policies of Maliki’s government and neglecting our demands led to our request to establish a state to become free of the cruelty that is imposed against us,” he added.
