The Iraqi Parliament approved the referral of the Mosul investigation files to the Prosecutor General, Al Jazeera TV reported on Monday, August 17th.
Nine members of the State of Law coalition did not vote for the bill due to the fact that former Iraqi prime minister and dismissed vice president Nouri al-Maliki topped the list of suspects.
