Peyamner News Agency (Iraqi Kurdistan): The main office of the Takhi daily, the official newspaper of the Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party in Baghdad was raided by masked armed men.
According to this report the masked forces threatened the daily employees and warned them to not continue their activities at all. They also confiscated a large portion of the archives, administrative files and vehicles belonging to this daily.
Peyamner added it is worth noting these forces, masked and with the clothing they had are affiliated to the Asaeb al-Haq group, which is a repressive club-wielding force linked to Iraq’s administrative prime minister. They are using different methods to frighten and destroy Maliki’s opponents in Baghdad.
