Iraq’s al-Babeliya TV reported social websites have posted the picture of an individual by the name of Abu Kamil al-Lami. He is a commander of the Asaeb al-Haq militants shown in this photo inspecting Iraqi military and security forces stationed in Abu Ghareib and he is instructing various officers on different issues and to carry out his orders.
