Neinawa Province Governor Athil al-Nujaifi warned Army forces on the consequences of attacking demonstrators in Mosul, al-Sumariya TV reported.
“I emphasize to them that these measures are considered crimes and they will be legally prosecuted,” he said.
 
The Neinawa governor also revealed a prisoner held in a prison belonging to the Iraqi Army 2nd Division stationed in Neinawa was killed under torture. This is while the 2nd Division claims this prisoner committed suicide.
