The Tribal Revolutionary Council in the Iraq’s Al-Anbar Province has called for the establishment of a tribal army to counter Maliki’s militias.

The Tribal Revolutionary Council, in response to the fatwa issued by Iraq’s grand clerics to defend the people’s honor against militias, has called to prepare all means to re-establish the tribal army, reported Al-Tagheer TV.
