According to a report by the Al-Qarbiya TV the people of Baquba are furious over the installation of a poster of Khomeini in the streets of this city. The inhabitants of Baquba in the Diyala Province revealed that they have seen posters of Khomeini on the street walls of this city and added that individuals affiliated to the Dawa Party have posted these pictures in the streets of Baquba, Al Qarbiya TV reported. This shows the meddling of the Iranian regime in Iraq and the conciliation of the Maliki government with the Iranian regime and their full dependence on the enemies of the Iraqi people, the report added. These measures are carried out to satisfy the regime and build closer ties.
